Fair basic caravan park. Very quiet. They have a boil notice for the water here. They do not say why, only that it should be boiled first.
Parks rules that kid should be supervised at all times including when going to the shower or toilet. Yeah! good luck with that one. 😖😖😖
After the quick visit to the Crystal Caves had dinner and while we watched the temperature guage drop from 16°c to 12°c in 30 minutes. What were we thinking when we left Cape Trib?
Another caravaner staying here said it 8°c last night.

The kids need a distraction from each other, so we thought a look at the Crystal Caves in Atherton might settle them.
It was well worth a look. Now sure about the value for money, but the kids were distracted and looked at everything. Julie and Taleah both spent maximum time looking at all the jewelry/gems etc.

A complete village of yesterdays history. Amazingly well kept and displayed. So much to look at you need a full day we are sure. Just spent 1 hour watching the Blacksmith make a lifter. So cool, both Aidyn & Taleah got to fan the furnace. 🤗🤗🤗

A shop in Herberton run by a professional photographer and camera collector. Although I suspect he is a conspiracy theorist still living in the 80s. He did seem to have a amazing depth of knowledge of older cameras and their history.
A worth while hour or so see how cameras have moved forward or sideways as he may have been implying. He did not refer to color photography at all. He also had not heard of augmented reality. Interesting fellow!! 🧐🧐🧐
